Last updated: July 2026We only collect what we need to deliver your order and tell you about new drops. We never sell your data, your card details never touch our servers, and you can ask us to delete everything with a single email.
What we collect
Your order details — name, phone number, shipping address and the items ordered — plus your email if you joined the drop list yourself, and anonymous usage statistics. If you choose to create an account we also keep your email, your name, a shipping address if you save one, and how you want the collection shown to you; your password is stored only as a one-way hash that nobody here can read. Buying never requires an account. Closing an account ends the sign-in but keeps those details on our records — ask us and we will erase them instead.
How we use your information
To process, confirm and deliver your order, to send you a tracking number, to email you about a new drop if you subscribed, to send a single reminder if you left an order unfinished, and to handle returns and support. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes straight from your browser to Stripe and never touches our servers — we only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded.
Cookies & advertising
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our ads work. You can adjust ad personalisation in your Facebook ad preferences, or block third-party cookies entirely — the store works perfectly without them.
Who we share data with
Only the partners who make the order physically possible: the shipping carrier that delivers the package, Stripe for payment, and Meta for anonymous ad measurement.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — one email and we take care of it within a few days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
