Last updated: July 2026Free shipping anywhere in the USA. We print and ship in 2-5 business days, delivery takes another 3-7, and you get 14 days to return or exchange — no questions asked.
Shipping
Free on every order, to every state, with no minimum and no surprise at checkout. Each piece is printed for your order within 2-5 business days and usually arrives another 3-7 business days later. We currently ship within the USA only.
Order confirmation
Right after you order we text or call to confirm the details — size, address, payment. That is how wrong-size returns and failed deliveries stay near zero. If we cannot reach you within 7 days the order may be cancelled.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by text as soon as your order ships, and you can check the status any time on the Track your order page using your order number and phone number.
Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange any item, no questions asked, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Email us with your order number and we reply within one business day with the return address.
Refunds
Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Exchanges ship back to you free. Sold-out designs can be refunded but not exchanged — once a run is gone, it is gone.
Damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or simply not what you ordered, email us a photo and we make it right immediately: replacement or full refund, your choice, with no return shipping to pay.
Address changes and cancellations
We can update your address or cancel the order any time before it ships — just reply to the confirmation text or email us. After it ships, the 14-day return window has you covered.
