Last updated: July 2026Order what you love, we confirm it with you before shipping, prices are in US dollars, and every design is a one-time limited run. If anything goes wrong, we make it right — that is the whole deal.
Placing an order
By ordering you confirm your details are accurate and that you may use the payment method. We contact you by text or phone to confirm before shipping, and an order we cannot confirm within 7 days may be cancelled.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars and shipping within the USA is free. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. If we have to correct an obvious pricing error on your order, we contact you before charging anything.
Promo codes
One code per order, applied to the product price at checkout. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retroactively or combined — but a code already applied to a placed order always stays honoured.
Limited runs & availability
Every ECHOES design is produced as a single limited run. Once it sells out it is permanently retired: no restocks, no reprints, no exceptions. That is the point of the brand, not a marketing line.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping is free across the USA and you have 14 days to return or exchange anything. The full detail lives on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Fair use
No fraudulent orders, no scraping or bulk-buying bots, no interfering with the site. We reserve the right to cancel orders and block access in those cases.
Intellectual property
The designs, artwork, photos and text in this store belong to ECHOES. Share links and photos of your gear freely; reproducing or reselling the designs commercially needs our written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to what you paid for that order, to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and your order is governed by the terms in effect when you placed it.
